BEEF

The beef we sell is reared on our farm, processed in our abattoir and air-aged to ensure exceptional eating quality.  A constant standard can be achieved for our beef as we are in total control of the whole chain of production.


LAMB

Lamb is available throughout the year from our sheep flock.  The lamb we produce is exceptional in both taste and tenderness due to the high welfare and production standards we set ourselves, giving you the consumer, the ultimate meat for your table.


MUTTON

Home produced Mutton is also available from our farm.


PORK

The pork we sell is sourced from pigs that are produced on local farms.  Pigs travel for no more than 30 minutes to our abattoir where they are processed on a weekly basis to ensure continuity of freshness and quality.  All pork is cut to your requirement and is also available for the freezer as a half or whole pig.  Whole pigs can also be purchased for Hog Roasts.


BACON AND GAMMON

Both smoked and unsmoked bacon and Gammon joints are sourced from a local supplier.  Gammon joints and Gammon steaks can be cut to your requirements.


GAME

We sell fresh Pheasants, Partridges and Rabbits from our own farm.


CHICKENS

Whole fresh chickens and chicken portions are available as well as locally produced Free Range Chickens.


EGGS

We sell both Free Range and Barn produced eggs, again from local farmers.
